Federal Aviation Regulations require that we provide passengers with the following information
- “Federal Aviation Regulations require passenger compliance with crewmember instructions concerning the use of safety belts.”
- “Federal Aviation Regulations require passenger compliance with posted placards, areas designated for safety purposes as no smoking areas, and crewmember instructions with regard to these items. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted on, in, or near High Country aircraft.”
- Passengers who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may not fly
- The carriage of narcotic drugs, marihuana (regardless of local and state laws allowing its possession or use), and depressant or stimulant drugs or substances is prohibited by Federal Aviation Regulations, as is the carriage of weapons by passengers who are not government employees.
- High Country Air Service Passengers may not transport Hazardous Materials (also known as HAZMAT, dangerous goods, etc) aboard our aircraft. For more information on what items are considered hazardous, please visit: https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe.
